Parents Train Up | How to Use this Assessment

The goal of this parenting assessment is to determine your parenting style. With this assessment, you will learn which parenting tasks are more dominant and may need to be decreased and which tasks are weaker and may need to increase. Additionally, you will receive useful parenting strategies that will help you to become a more balanced parent. If you have more than one teen, you likely raise each one differently. Feel free to take the assessment multiple times, as you consider each teen.
